Description - This consultation concerns the operation and management of a SOC for the new AIFE cloud applications. The initial scope of the market consists of PPF (public electronic invoicing portal) and PISTE (API management platform) applications, but this scop e could increase over the duration of the market with the addition of new Cloud applications. The PLACE (State Purchasing Platform) and TNCP (Digital Transformation of Public Procurement) applications could notably integrate the scope of the market.
