Description - Description: The Contract involves the delivery contract of Operational Catering Systems and an Agreement for maintenance for a period of 15 years.The Operational Catering (OPCAT) System will be a transportable kitchen system, usable for the preparat ion and packing of food and drinks for military operations. One system has the capability to provide catering for 250 persons, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On daily basis four meals must be served: breakfast, lunch, dinner and night meal. The System must be able to regenerate packed, frozen pre-cooked meals as a primary function. Additionally, depending on operational circumstances, it must also be possible to prepare small fresh food servings.
