Description - Description: The purpose of this RFP is to assemble a qualified team to provide design build and construction management services for construction of a new Operations Centre, better described as the Design-Builder. The Design-Builder will be required to enter into a CCDC 14 – 2013 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract modified by Supplemental Conditions as per the terms and conditions of the RFP document.
