Description - Description: Opioid Settlement funds are appropriated in the state budget each year so are awarded on a state fiscal year cycle (starting July 1). All submitted applications will be reviewed by members of Opioid Settlement Advisory Committee. Committ ee members will be asked to vote as to whether each proposal should be further considered. Applicants who receive majority support from OSAC members will be asked to submit a detailed budget and to attend an OSAC meeting between October and December 2024 to present their proposal in more detail.
