Description - The Town of Canmore (the Town) is seeking a consultant to provide recommendations and supporting analysis for options to achieve higher levels of energy efficiency in new residential and commercial buildings.The consultant must have expertise with mu nicipal planning, the National Energy Code for Buildings 2020 and National Building Code 2020, and demonstrated experience with green building policy, design and construction for energy efficiency and climate change adaptation and resilience. The consultant also needs to have detailed understanding of the Safety Codes Act and building code bylaws, the Municipal Government Act and a municipality's legal authority within the Province of Alberta.
