Description - Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs is seeking information in regard to oral fluid testing for patients enrolled in a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program via telehealth. The services shall be in accordance with the tasks and deliverables as described in this Statement of Work (SOW). The respondent shall provide an oral fluid test that can be used at home without a prescription. The oral fluid test can be used by patients participating in telehealth-based contingency management – an evidence-based treatment for SUD that relies on rapid drug testing.
