Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide a service relating to the reception and extracurricular support of adolescents and young people aged 13 to 17 residing in the commune of Aubervilliers. These receptions and support ar e of educational, cultural, sporting and recreational content. The framework agreement is not divided into lots. Given the connection between the activities on the different sites, the management of shared places, the division would be likely to make the execution of the services more difficult.
