Description - Description: The City of Oulu, the Oulu Region Environmental Service Company tends to organize temporary care for dogs, cats and other similar small club and hobby (animal)-related dogs, cats and other similar small companion and recovered dogs under Article 26 of the Animal Welfare Act. Pursuant to Section 27, the statutory service will be handled as a purchasing service and competed for the contract period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2029.
