Description - Description: The Integration Foundation will order the implementation of a labour placement programme for the purpose of language learning for at least 200 people from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds working in the public sector through out Estonia (except in Ida-Viru County) and at least 400 people from Ida-Viru County with insufficient Estonian language skills, in accordance with the technical description of the public procurement in Appendix 1 to the AD.
