Description - Description: The Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency has prepared a road plan “Järppi - Kemi, Ouluntie, level crossing removal, road plan, Kemi”. The Järppi and Kemi (Mt 19513, Ouluntie) level crossings, which are the planning targets, are located south of the centre of Kemi, approximately 5 km south of Kemi railway station.
