Description - Description: The customer satisfaction survey investigates the opinion of Oulu city public transport passengers on the quality of the service.The service contract for the acquired customer satisfaction survey is concluded for four (4) years. The cont ract period starts on 1 October 2025 and ends on 30 September 2029. The service contract includes the possibility of a maximum two (2) year extension option. Use of the option requires the approval of both parties.
