Description - Description: The new building "Hamburg Youth Prison" is to be built at the Billwerder Prison site in Hamburg-Billwerder. The space required for the project will be covered in part by an undeveloped area on the current Billwerder Prison site and in pa rt by the acquisition of land to the southeast that was originally used for agriculture.
