Description - The services of this procedure concern the outsourcing of payroll management for SPL Destination Rennes. After a period of strong development (43 to 84 FTEs in 5 years) and in a context of sharp increase in the workload for the HR department, the SPL has chosen to outsource the entire payroll since January 1, 2022. The SPL is made up of: - 84 FTEs, mainly on permanent contracts (out of season, around 5 fixed-term contracts and work-study workers); - around twenty guides, who represent on average over the year 3 FTE, on usual fixed-term contracts.
