Description - Description: The Council is looking to engage with Tree Surgeons who wish to be a part of a multi- supplier tree care framework. This framework will be used by the Council when tree works are required, to call off the framework and award work to supp liers.The Council is looking to understand the market in order to reflect this is the tender requirements.
