Description - Description: This Request for Proposals is issued by the County (on behalf of both the County and the Township of Cavan Monaghan) for the provision of a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA), update to County Road 10 Corridor traffic model, preparation of an Environmental Study Report (ESR) and preliminary design of corridor/intersection improvements, from the west intersection of County Road 10 and County Road 21 to approximately 500 m south of Larmer line (inclusive).This project is a partnership between The County of Peterborough (the County) and the Township of Cavan Monaghan (the Township).
