Description - Description: Construct new water treatment plant that produces up to five (5) MGD of potable water to support MCAS Yuma and construct three (3) water storage tanks with a total capacity of 7.5 million gallons. Construction of a low-rise steel-frame s tructure with a mix of Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) and cast-in-place concrete exterior walls sheathed in split face CMU veneer with insulated metal panel above and sloped standing seam metal roof.
