Description - Description: Amendment 1 is issued to reschedule site visit to July 12, 2024, at 10am, extend due date of proposals to July 26, 2024, at 5pm EST, and post questions and answers. The park is testing structures for lead and asbestos next week and will provide results. The National Park Service (NPS) at Cape Hatteras National Seashore (CAHA) has a requirement to demolish multiple utility support buildings, an elevated water tower, a concrete above ground water storage tank, chain link fencing, a few lift stations, a small section of asphalt pavement, and underground utility lines that are all located in Buxton, NC on Loggerhead Lane, and Lighthouse Road.
