Description - Description: The Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the benefit of the different directorates and service areas across the Council. This Framework Agreement will be managed by the Council and Call Off contracts will be managed by v arious Council Representatives on a call off by call off basis. The duration of the Framework Agreement is four (4) years.Birmingham City Council produces and manages events in-house and in partnership with others.
