Description - Description: The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary to for the stabilization work at the Old Welland Canal Locks 6, 7 & 9. The scope of work for t his project includes installing new armour stone walls, installing slope protection, stabilizing the walls with concrete, and installing new chain link fence, as more particularly described in the RFT documents.
