Description - The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by School District No. 57 for a qualified Proponent (the “Proponent” or “Contractor”) to submit formal written proposals (“Proposals”) for financing an Operating Lease of Com puter Equipment for schools’ computer replacement and several other applications throughout the District for a contract period for three (3), four (4) or five (5) years. The estimated volume of devices is between 400 to 500. The intent is that any lease formed as a result of this RFP will be an Operating Lease. Quantity of units initiated in the lease will remain unchanged throughout the Lease term.
