Description - Description: The City of Paimio Property Services invites bids for the maintenance of properties and outdoor areas located in the City of Paimio, as well as the maintenance and repair of technical systems in buildings, for the period 1.3.2025(target) - 31.12.2026, after which the contract may be extended by the Client's decision under the original terms for one (1) year for the period 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2027.
