Description - Description: Swan Hill Rural City Council is inviting submissions for a Panel Refresh through this Request for Tender (RFT) to expand its panel of Staffing Services Providers.Council aims to enhance its access to qualified temporary staff while ensur ing cost-effectiveness and comprehensive reporting capabilities.The panel refresh will exclusively include the following service types: Engineers, Building Surveyors, and Planners.Work will be allocated on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed minimum workload or spend.The initial term of this contract is 16 months with Two (2) further extension options of One (1) term each, which may be exercised at the Council's discretion.Note: Existing Panel
