Description - Description: he Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has a requirement to procure PANELS, ELECTRICAL, POWER DISTRIBUTION AND MANUAL TRANSFER, CIRCUIT BREAKER TYPE. Eight (8) LL400 power panels and three (3) ALB-1 power panels built to government MIL-DTL-23928 specifications. Material must be manufactured and pass environmental qualification testing within 4 monts of contract award.
