Description - Description: The client needs to enter into parallel framework agreements for the rapid disposal of excavated materials in connection with the repair of water and sewage leaks, and VAV's maintenance and investment tasks. The materials, with varying d egrees of contamination, shall be deposited at an approved landfill.
