Description - Description: The framework agreement concerns the parcel and mail delivery service. Since STIB does not have sufficient means of transport to transfer vehicle parts very quickly from one of its sites to another of its sites or from one of its sites t o a third-party company (Belgian or foreign), it uses an external service provider. As part of its commercial activities, urgent mail deliveries (e.g. documents) must also be organised. STIB services are spread across a large number of sites scattered throughout the Brussels-Capital Region, including the city centre of Brussels.
