Description - Description: The Council will be required, in the future, to retender all parking contracts when they expire and would like to conduct market engagement ahead of time to best plan for this retender.The aim of this exercise is to understand the provid er market, current and emerging practices as well as likely level of interest in the potential procurement activity that the Council may carry out. It is also an opportunity for developing relationships with providers and gain insight in to how they would approach the delivery of the service.Requirement for the New ContractThe current contract has two lots - Enforcement and Technology.
