Description - Description: The South Ostrobothnia Welfare Region is acquiring paid parking operation services for the Seinäjoki Central Hospital area as a comprehensive service. The service includes all systems, equipment, maintenance, fee collection, customer se rvice and other necessary services required to implement paid parking, including their costs.Paid parking is based on an automatic license plate recognition system. Vehicles are identified when entering and exiting, on which basis a fee is calculated. No parking fee is calculated for visits of less than 30 minutes in the hospital area, which enables customers to be brought to the hospital free of charge.Payment is made electronically and in cash
