Description - Description: Canada is initiating a two-stage solicitation process to retain an individual firm or Joint Venture to provide Architectural and Engineering Services (AES) for the Parliamentary Campus Tunnels (PCT) project. The successful Offeror, in th e capacity of Prime Consultant, will be responsible for the design and implementation of a tunnel network to interconnect core buildings in the Parliamentary Precinct; namely, the buildings located on Parliament Hill (the Triad) with Crown-owned buildings in the three adjacent city blocks located immediately to the South (known as Blocks 1, 2, and 3 or (“the Blocks”).
