Description - Description: This contract is a public service contract relating to the transport of elderly people with physical and/or mental disabilities between their home and the Independent Day Care Center (ADJ) located within the establishment "Clos de l'Herm itage" Rue Marx Dormoy - 26 300 BOURG DE PEAGE. The territory served will concern the municipalities located within a radius of 20 kilometers around Bourg de Péage. The contract will take effect imperatively from January 1, 2025 for a period of twelve months, i.e. until December 31, 2025.
