Description - Description: This contract is a public service contract relating to the transport of elderly people with physical and/or mental disabilities between their home and the Autonomous Day Care Center (ADJ) located within the "Clos de l'Hermitage" establis hment Rue Marx Dormoy - 26 300 BOURG DE PEAGE.The territory served will concern the municipalities located within a radius of 20 kilometers around Bourg de Péage.The contract will take effect imperatively from January 1, 2025 for a period of twelve months, i.e. until December 31, 2025.It will be renewable two (2) times by express renewal for a period of one (1) year without the total duration of the contract being able to exceed three (3) years,
