Description - Description: The acquisition is the automation and control system of Helen Oy (subscriber) Patola PTB plant. The automation system includes operating automation with its centers, control room system, connections and signaling in the remote operating system, remote operating system and centralized reporting system. The procurement must include a technically and economically appropriate entity within the procurement limits and all the equipment, licenses, design, documentation and work required by it are included. A new remote heating plant will be built in Patola, Helsinki, including an air water heat pump, two electric boiler units and a possible future option for a district heating battery.
