Description - Description: This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Ornge to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for PC12 NG Synthetic Flight Training, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D ) (the “Deliverables”).The device must meet all of Ornge’s training requirements, minimize proponent response time for scheduling simulator use, and allow Ornge to have flexibility to the maximum extent practicable to schedule simulator use as needed.Ornge is a family of companies incorporated federally.
