Description - INTRODUCTION: DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION Peace Corps seeks individual candidates highly experienced in programming and training with the ability to travel on extended assignments to support posts in the Europe, Mediterranean, and Asia (EMA) or Afric a (AFR) Region as a Roving Regional Programming and Training Advisor (RA) personal services contractor (PSC).  The RA is a dynamic position that provides expert guidance, support, and leadership to overseas operations, and collaborates across Peace Corps’ countries’ programming and training (P&T) units to develop a body of knowledge, practices, and procedures.
