Description - Description: The scope of this Tender is to provide consultancy services to the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry (MECI), for reviewing the cost-benefit analysis (CBA) study for the Crete-Cyprus electricity interconnection submitted by the pr omoter of the Great Sea Interconnector (GSI), the Independent Power Transmission Operator of Greece (IPTO).
