Description - Description: The City of Madison seeks a consultant for planning, feasibility and engineering efforts for the Perry Street connection project. This initiative is part of the City’s strategy to connect South Madison’s neighborhoods with services a nd jobs and address longstanding mobility needs. The proposed project will evaluate connections of Perry Street across the Beltline Highway (US Highways 12/14/18/151), which was constructed almost 70 years ago.
