Description - Description: Implementation of a social service of general interest (SSIG) by mandate with granting of special rights. This consultation consists of selecting two operators based on their abilities to assume the implementation of the Social Service o f General Interest and the implementation of personalized social support measures. The MASP is a contractual and graduated measure. For its implementation, a written contract is concluded, for a period of six months to 2 years, possibly renewable for a maximum of 4 years, between the person receiving social benefits and the Department.
