Description - Description: NASA ARC has a requirement for aviation services supporting airborne science missions on a Phasa-35 High-Altitude Long Endurance (HALE) platform, commencing April 10, 2025, and concluding September 29, 2030. The requirement is to provide engineering analyses, payload integration, aircraft modifications, testing, and flight operations support, ensuring compliance with NASA standards (NPR 7900.3, NASA-STD-7919.1) and applicable airworthiness requirements to enable critical scientific data collection. NASA ARC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from BAE Systems, the developer and sole operator of the Phasa-35 HALE platform, under the authority of FAR 6.
