Description - Description: The Government is seeking feedback on the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Government's PAR Test Article requirement.  This PWS has been revised from the version posted with Solicitation 1305M323RNRMA0015 (in the related notice).   Note: The Government anticipates soliciting with a Cost Reimbursement contract type, fee structure to be determined, for the Radar Test Article (RTA) Task 1, at a minimum.
