Description - Description: Every PhD candidate at TU Delft completes a Doctoral Education programme as part of their PhD trajectory. This programme facilitates PhD candidates in developing the competences that they need to successfully complete their PhD trajector y and that they need in their further career as an independent researcher. The Doctoral Education programme consists for the main part of freely chosen courses in three (3) competence categories (discipline related skills, research skills and transferable skills) of the Doctoral Education Competence Model.
