Description - Description: The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), Office of Hazardous Materials Safety (OHMS), seeks a contractor with the expertise, capabilities, and experience to evaluate the safety performance of existing dangerous goods packaging requirements in an unmanned aerial systems (UAS) environment.
