Description - Description: PROJECT BACKGROUNDPigeon Lake Provincial Park (PigeonLPP) is located approximately 100 km south of Edmonton, Alberta. The existing boat launch at the day use area is approximately 9.2 m wide by 20.5 m long and was installed in February/M arch 2024. The boat launch is constructed of twenty (20) large concrete pads (4600mm wide x 2020mm long x 200mm thick).The side slopes are showing signs of erosion which has caused some areas of the concrete pads to be undermined. The end of the launch does not extend into deep water, which creates a challenge for launching some boats.Immediate repairs are required to extend the boat launch into deeper water by establishing grade and a granular b
