This notice is posted IAW FAR 5.203 “Publicizing and response time.” The Government intends to release a solicitation on or after 15 days from the date this notice for the requirement below. This notice does not obligate the gover nment to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. 2.
