Description - Description: The city of Hamm intends to build a replacement pedestrian and cycle path bridge over the Geithe in Hamm - Braam-Ostwennemar. Due to the poor structural condition and the cramped conditions, the existing bridge, built in 1976, is to be d emolished and rebuilt. It also serves as a school route to the school in Grüner Winkel, Erlenbachschule and Freiherr-von-Stein-Gymnasium and is part of the connection to the main cycle route Braam-Ostwennemar. The bridge connects the two districts of Werries and Braam-Ostwennemar.The existing bridge is too narrow by today's standards for a combined pedestrian and cycle path connection with two-way traffic. It is not possible for cyclists to pass
