Description - Description: The East Kent Councils of Ashford, Canterbury, Dover, Folkestone & Hythe and Thanet were successfully awarded funding for the planning skills delivery fund to assist with delivering borough-wide design codes.The consultant will undertake the first 2 of 3 stages of an area wide design code for each of the 5 Authorities.
