Description - Description: The contract concerns a Scheduling, Steering and Coordination Mission (OPC) for the energy renovation and restructuring of the M building of ENSAM in Angers. Building M, with approximately 6,000 m² of floor space, is made up of 2 buildi ngs M1 and M2 which, with building R, constitute a 2nd category ERP of type R. The project includes an energy component with the implementation of a more efficient envelope and the complete renewal of the technical installations and a functional component with the relocation of administrative functions, the services necessary for the establishment of the ELF (Evolutive Learning Factory or Agile School Factory) and the creation of a general store.
