Description - Description: The contracting authority needs to enter into a consultancy and turnkey contract for the development, engineering design, fabrication and installation of a distinctive play apparatus for a park in Sandnes. The play apparatus shall consis t of one or several identity creating elements inspired by the characteristic clay wing Sandnesgauken. The play apparatus project will be in different phases and is planned as follows: 1. Development of the concept, including preparation of cost estimates 2. Detailed engineering design 3. Fabrication and installation Phases 1 and 2 are referred to as the interaction part of the project. Phase 3 is referred to as the material part of the project.
