Description - The hotel is constructed over two floors providing 100 bedrooms (Dornoch Suite comprises two bedrooms) and associated conference and events space. Proposal involves the refurbishment of the bedroom/ bathroom accommodation and associated corridor area s within the Hotel. Proposal is for works to be progressed via a traditionally procured Construction Contract from October 2024 to May 2025. The hotel is to remain in operational throughout the construction period, with works delivered over 3 phases. Ground floor seminar, conference facilities, restaurants and bar are not included within the scope of the refurbishment.
