Description - Description: It is desired to purchase pollutant emission measurement services - NOx, SO2, CO, dust, for 12 months, starting with February 2025, as follows: 1) monthly measurements for CTZ Casa Presei taken from the chimneys of the boilers in operati on: 4 measurements (NOx, SO2, CO, dust) x 12 months x 2 chimneys = 96 measurements 2) semi-annual measurements for 44 district heating plants: 4 measurements (NOx, SO2, CO, dust) x 52 chimneys x 2 semesters = 416 measurements, according to Annex no. 2 attached to the draft contract attached to this announcement. Analysis bulletins will be issued for each chimney (measurement point, according to the contract annex) / frequency of monthly analyses.
