Description - Description: Canadian Heritage (PCH) would like to retain the services of an environmentalconsulting firm to provide the necessary labour, materials, and equipment forconducting water and air quality testing, manage abatement work, approval ofType 2 and 3 containment and asbestos testing. The work will be performed inaccordance with federal regulations governing the handling and removal ofasbestos. The scope of the project includes analysis, identification, sampling, andsafe disposal of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) to ensure the health andsafety of occupants and workers in the designated area.
