Description - Description: BC Wildfire Service currently has facilities in Powell River for the Coastal region and recently acquired a new leased property next to the current zone office building to cater for the expansion of the Fire Zone and its operational need s. The current facilities at the Zone are insufficient, not allowing for the expansion of future staff operational demand and parking areas.
